Beer Boiled Kielbasa

Plate of sliced beer-boiled kielbasa with potatoes and sauerkraut beside a beer, rustic sign, cozy pub-style meal

Beer-Boiled Kielbasa with Fried Sauerkraut and Onions

This is not a delicate recipe.

This is a July recipe.

Bold, easy, satisfying, and perfect for cookouts, backyard dinners, or any day when you want food with a little attitude.

The beer-boiled kielbasa brings the depth.

The fried sauerkraut and onions bring the bite.

And if you keep it warm in a crockpot, you’ve got something that works for a crowd without turning your kitchen into a hostage scene.
