Clarity Crepes for a Soft Reset
Crepes for When You’re Clearing but Still Want Something Sweet
Theme: Spring Reset • Pleasure with Intention • Soft Ritual Nourishment
Mood: Light, gentle, sovereign
Ingredients
Basic Crepe Batter
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
1½ cups milk, dairy or alt milk
2 tbsp melted butter or neutral oil
1 tsp sugar, optional for sweet crepes
¼ tsp salt
Butter or oil for the pan
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, whisk the flour and eggs together.
Gradually add the milk, whisking until smooth.
Stir in the melted butter, sugar if using, and salt.
Let the batter rest for at least 15 minutes, or up to 1 hour in the fridge. It cooks better that way.
Heat a small nonstick pan over medium heat. Lightly grease with butter or oil.
Pour in about ¼ cup of batter, swirling to coat the pan in a thin layer.
Cook for 1–2 minutes, flip gently, and cook the other side for another 30 seconds.
Slide onto a plate, fill, fold, and serve.
Optional Fillings
Sweet
Lemon juice + sugar
Strawberry jam + whipped cream
Honey + banana + cinnamon
Nutella + berries
Vanilla yogurt + crushed pistachios
Savory
Goat cheese + spinach
Ham + gruyere
Scrambled eggs + herbs
Roasted veggies + feta
Affirnation Tie-In
Make your first crepe intentionally imperfect.
Call it your offering to the old.
Smile, toss it, and say:
“Let this go. The rest is mine to enjoy.”
Use your crepe affirmation to welcome softness back into your body.
Not as a reward.
Not as permission.
Just because you’re allowed to have sweetness during a reset.
